The information supplied has been carefully researched and vetted and is correct to the best of our knowledge. However, no guarantee is given for the absolute accuracy, currency, or correctness of the information posted. The Belvedere shall not be held liable for ensuring constant access to its website, for material or non-material damage resulting from the information supplied (e.g., incorrect or incomplete information), or for shortcomings of any nature whatsoever (e.g., damage as a result of breakdowns, errors, or interruptions). The Belvedere shall only be liable if the damage or defect was caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the Belvedere. Language constantly evolves and adapts to the needs of its users. At the Belvedere, gender-sensitive language is part of our educational and sociopolitical commitment. Our goal is to create awareness for gender diversity. Starting in 2022, for German texts, where gender is mandatorily assigned to individuals, we will utilize the gender star (*) to represent a person who identifies as transgender, intergender, or non-binary.

By preserving older texts in their original form, we are allowing the constant evolution of language to remain transparent and visible.

Insofar as personal or business data (e-mail address, name, postal addresses) are entered on the website, the user discloses such data on an expressly voluntary basis.
